Emcee Singapore - The Mazak Singapore Dinner & Dance 2025 brought together 311 staff and management at Marina Bay Sands, Simpor Junior Ballroom, for a vibrant evening themed “Reach for The Stars.” Dressed in radiant shades of orange, guests filled the ballroom with anticipation as emcee Ivan set the tone for a celebration that blended corporate prestige with high-energy festivity. With senior leadership in attendance, the emcee helmed a programme designed to honour dedication, celebrate milestones and strengthen unity across the organisation.
The evening commenced with a striking laser tracing opening performance and a corporate showcase video that reflected Mazak’s journey and achievements. The emcee then invited Mr Tomonori Itazu, Managing Director of Mazak Singapore, to deliver his address, with translation support ensuring his message resonated clearly with all present. Following the speech, emcee Ivan welcomed Mr Tatsuro Moriyama, Deputy Managing Director, and Mr Noel Ng, Deputy Managing Director, to join the Managing Director on stage for a celebratory toast, where leadership marked the occasion with a resounding cheer enhanced by a spectacular pyro sparkular effect.
A key highlight of the evening saw Emcee Singapore Ivan guiding the Long Service Awards segment, honouring employees for milestones ranging from 3 to 30 years of service. Awards for 10, 15 and 20 years were presented by Deputy Managing Director Mr Tatsuro Moriyama, while awards for 25 and 30 years were presented by Managing Director Mr Tomonori Itazu, reflecting the leadership team’s deep appreciation for loyalty and commitment. The emcee ensured that each recipient was recognised with pride, inviting them on stage for their awards and commemorative photographs in front of colleagues and management.
As dinner progressed, emcee Ivan seamlessly transitioned into the lucky draw segment, building excitement and maintaining suspense throughout the ballroom. Interactive games such as the Human Treasure Hunt and Sing Off challenge further energised the celebration, with the emcee encouraging enthusiastic participation and friendly competition among staff. Special performances, including a musical interlude and a comedy act by Irene Ang, added star quality to the night, and the emcee ensured smooth transitions between entertainment and formal segments.
The celebration culminated with Emcee Singapore Ivan inviting Managing Director Mr Tomonori Itazu and Deputy Managing Directors Mr Tatsuro Moriyama and Mr Noel Ng back on stage for the grand finale. A full group photo captured the unity between leadership and staff, before the emcee led the ballroom into an exhilarating close featuring celebratory confetti, balloon drops and interactive prize moments.
