Emcee Singapore - The Mazak Singapore Dinner & Dance 2025 was held at Marina Bay Sands, Simpor Junior Ballroom, bringing together 311 staff and management for an evening themed “Reach for The Stars.” In a setting defined by elegance and corporate pride, the emcee helmed a programme that balanced formal recognition with celebratory engagement. With senior leadership present, the emcee ensured that the evening reflected both the stature of the organisation and the appreciation extended to its people.

The programme commenced with a striking laser tracing opening performance and a corporate showcase video that highlighted Mazak’s milestones and achievements. Emcee Singapore Ivan then invited Mr Tomonori Itazu, Managing Director of Mazak Singapore, to deliver his address, with translation support provided to ensure clarity across the audience. Following the address, the emcee welcomed Mr Tatsuro Moriyama, Deputy Managing Director, and Mr Noel Ng, Deputy Managing Director, to join the Managing Director on stage for a formal toast, marking the occasion with a dignified celebratory moment.

A key segment of the evening saw emcee Ivan guiding the Long Service Awards presentation, recognising employees for their years of dedication ranging from 3 to 30 years of service. Awards for 10, 15 and 20 years were presented by Deputy Managing Director Mr Tatsuro Moriyama, while awards for 25 and 30 years were presented by Managing Director Mr Tomonori Itazu. The emcee ensured that each recipient was formally acknowledged, invited on stage with decorum, and celebrated through commemorative photographs that reflected leadership’s appreciation for loyalty and contribution.

Emcee Singapore Ivan also steered the lucky draw segment with professionalism and structure, maintaining anticipation while ensuring smooth transitions between dinner service and entertainment. Interactive segments and live performances added vibrancy to the celebration, including musical interludes and a featured comedy performance by Irene Ang, which the emcee introduced with appropriate build-up and poise.

The evening concluded with emcee Ivan inviting Managing Director Mr Tomonori Itazu and Deputy Managing Directors Mr Tatsuro Moriyama and Mr Noel Ng back on stage for the finale segment. A collective group photograph captured the unity between leadership and staff before the emcee led the ballroom into a celebratory close marked by balloon tosses and confetti effects.
