The festivities kicked off with an explosion of talent, featuring opening performances by the Staff Welfare Committee (SDC) followed by a special surprise item from the HODs and Exco members. After an inspiring speech by General Manager Mr. Rob McIntyre, the Emcee Singapore Ivan led the traditional "Lo Hei" ceremony across three main tables to usher in prosperity. This set the stage for a grand buffet dinner, where guests were treated to traditional Balinese performances that perfectly complemented the evening's cultural theme.

As a versatile Emcee Singapore Ivan managed a comprehensive Recognition & Awards Segment, honoring 15 recipients with prestigious accolades such as the Heartist Awards, Employee of the Year, and Security Vigilance awards. The excitement continued with the "Pullman’s Got Talent" competition, where five teams battled for top honors in front of a panel of senior management judges. Between these performances, the Emcee Singapore Ivan kept the adrenaline pumping with "Treasure Hunt" and "Sing Off" stage games, alongside multiple lucky draw rounds that saw 40 prizes given away.

The grand finale was a sight to behold, featuring a "Best Dressed Department" face-off that utilized mass voting to determine the most creative team. The Emcee Singapore Ivan then led the crowd in a signature "Money Toss" finale before crowning the winners of the talent show. Closing the night on a high note, Ivan thanked the Pullman family for their dedication and spirit, ensuring the 2026 staff party was a landmark event in the hotel’s social calendar.
