Emcee Singapore - On the evening of 11th February 2026, The Gallery Ballroom at Pullman Singapore Orchard came alive with a spectacular celebration of diversity and talent. The hotel’s highly anticipated Dinner & Dance, themed "Mosaic of Culture," brought together 120 staff members for a night dedicated to honouring their hard work and embracing the rich heritage of Asia. As the evening’s Emcee, Emcee Singapore Ivan had the privilege of guiding the Pullman family through an unforgettable journey of high energy, heartfelt moments, and seamless transitions.

 

The festivities kicked off with an explosion of talent, featuring electrifying opening performances by the Staff Welfare Committee, followed by a surprise item from the HODs and Exco members that truly set the tone for the night. After an inspiring speech by General Manager Mr. Rob McIntyre, Emcee Singapore Ivan led the traditional "Lo Hei" ceremony across three main tables, ushering in prosperity and good fortune for the year ahead. This set the stage for a grand buffet dinner, where guests were treated to captivating traditional Balinese performances that perfectly complemented the evening's cultural theme.

 

The night’s significance deepened during the Recognition & Awards Segment, where Emcee Singapore Ivan had the honour of presenting 15 recipients with prestigious accolades, including the Heartist Awards, Employee of the Year, and Security Vigilance awards—each a testament to the dedication and excellence within the Pullman team. The excitement continued to build with the "Pullman’s Got Talent" competition, where five teams battled for top honours in front of a panel of senior management judges. Between these inspiring performances, Emcee Singapore Ivan kept the adrenaline pumping with lively stage games like "Treasure Hunt" and "Sing Off," alongside multiple lucky draws that saw 40 prizes given away.

 

The grand finale was nothing short of spectacular—a "Best Dressed Department" face-off that utilized mass voting to determine the most creative team, followed by a signature high-energy "Money Toss" that had the crowd buzzing. Emcee Ivan then crowned the well-deserved winners of the talent show before taking a moment to thank the entire Pullman family for their dedication and spirit.
