Emcee - The Odyssey Annual Awards 2026 was held on 28 April 2026 at Plume Singapore Flyer, celebrating the outstanding achievements of consultants and agency leaders within Odyssey AIA. The evening was guided by emcee Ivan, who warmly welcomed guests and set an engaging tone for the celebration. Odyssey AIA, a distinguished division under AIA Singapore, is dedicated to developing high-performing financial services consultants who provide comprehensive wealth management and protection solutions. This event was organised to honour top consultants for their exceptional first-year commission achievements in 2025, as well as to recognise excellence in recruitment, agency leadership, and production. Emcee Ivan ensured that the purpose of the evening—celebrating resilience, performance, and growth—was clearly conveyed to all attendees.

Throughout the dinner programme, emcee Ivan skilfully introduced each segment, beginning with a welcome address by Director Kevin Goh, followed by a speech from AIA Chief Executive Officer Ms Wong Sze Keed. Emcee Ivan then invited key leaders to the stage for a toast, including Chief Distribution Officer Mr Alvin Fu, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development Ms Laura Yeo, Head of Agency (GAM) Ms Toh Bee Leng, Head of Talent Acquisition Ms Dione Tan, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Mr Kevin Chua, and Assistant Director of Agency Mr Melvin Kim. The toast also included senior consultants such as Don Ong, Reuben Lee, and Nicholas Tan, among others. Emcee Ivan maintained a smooth flow as live performances by Musical Touch accompanied the serving of each course, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.

The awards presentation was a central focus of the evening, and emcee Ivan took care to announce not only the main award categories but also additional achievements for recipients who had earned multiple honours, such as Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), Court of The Table (COT), Top of The Table (TOT), and Prestige Wealth Manager titles. Emcee Ivan guided the audience through the AIA Club Awards, recognising achievements from Rising Star through to Centurion, and later presented the Odyssey Awards for recruitment and production excellence. Among the honoured were Top FSC Chen Hsin An, Top Agency Leader (Recruitment) Nicholas Tan, and Top FSAD (Production) Don Ong. Emcee Ivan also acknowledged absent awardees, including Richard Chan, by ensuring their names and achievements were still highlighted on screen and announced to the room.

To add an interactive element, emcee Ivan hosted a lively game segment that offered guests the chance to win gift cards, bringing energy and laughter to the ballroom. A lucky draw was also conducted, with emcee Ivan building anticipation and celebrating the winners.
