Emcee Singapore - The Construction Innovation Forum was recently held to mark the momentous 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Singapore and Japan. To kick things off, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan welcomed a distinguished audience to explore the future of robotics and smart building technology. The atmosphere was charged with professional energy as guests gathered to witness the latest advancements in the construction sector.
The formal program commenced with opening remarks from Jonathan Cheng, the CTO of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), followed by an insightful opening note from Mr. Murakami, the Senior Managing Officer of Takenaka Corp. Throughout these high-level addresses, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan ensured a smooth transition between speakers, highlighting the shared commitment of both Singaporean and Japanese organizations to industrial innovation. These leaders set a visionary tone for the technical sessions that followed.
The forum then dove into deep-dive sessions, starting with the "RX Showcase" which featured experts like Mr. Nara of Takenaka Corporation, Mr. Onojima of Obayashi Corporation, and Mr. Oishi of AKTIO. Later in the day, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan introduced the "Future Operate Building" session, which included presentations from Mr. Yano of Takenaka Corporation, Mr. Numata of HITACHI, and Mr. Yamae of Panasonic. These sessions, along with panel discussions involving representatives from CTR Holdings and JTC Corporation, provided a comprehensive look at robotics implementation and smart city operations.
In addition to the formal presentations, attendees had the opportunity to engage with over 20 on-site exhibitions during the mid-day break. During this period of high engagement, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan kept the momentum going by facilitating a lucky draw that sparked plenty of excitement among the participants. This segment served as a perfect bridge between the technical dialogues and the hands-on showcase of cutting-edge technology.
To bring the event to a prestigious close, Mr. Adachi, the First Secretary of the Embassy of Japan, delivered the final closing remarks. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then wrapped up the official proceedings by inviting all guests to a networking session held next to the Expo area to foster further collaboration. The forum concluded as a resounding success, leaving attendees inspired by the future of smart building and robotics.
