Emcee Singapore - The NIEC Townhall & Annual Gathering 2025 brought staff together at Orchid Country Club for a meaningful and energetic day of connection, recognition, and celebration. The event began with a lively lunch segment, during which the Emcee Singapore, Ivan welcomed staff warmly and set a cheerful tone for the programme ahead. As the ballroom filled, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan invited everyone to be seated before officially opening the event and welcoming Ms Geraldine See, NIEC Director and CEO, who delivered an inspiring speech to kick off the gathering.

Following the opening, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan introduced a series of interactive games that energised the entire room. Activities such as Human Treasure Hunt, Guess Who, Singing Game, Photo Game, Selfie Game, and Stone Water Bird brought enthusiastic participation, laughter, and lively team spirit among the staff. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan ensured that each game segment flowed smoothly while giving out over 40 prizes, keeping the momentum upbeat and engaging for everyone.

The excitement continued as the Emcee Singapore, Ivan guided the audience into a two-part Lucky Draw segment featuring prizes sponsored by NIEC senior management and Orchid Country Club. With a wide range of rewards — from Coffee Bean vouchers to Lululemon and Uniqlo gift cards — the Emcee Singapore, Ivan kept the atmosphere filled with anticipation. Senior leaders such as Dr Lucy Quek, Dean (C&P), and Chee Wing, Group Director (Corporate Development), were welcomed on stage to present prizes, adding a special touch to the celebration. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then gathered everyone for a group photo to capture the joyful moment before breaking for tea.

In the second half of the programme, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan role was handed to Gowri, who guided the transition into the formal Townhall session. With clear and confident cues, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan facilitated announcements, including a short break and reminders for staff to return for the Grand Lucky Draw. Gowri also introduced the Best Dressed Awards, leading the catwalk segment with upbeat music and inviting Ms Geraldine to present prizes to the top three winners before moving into the highlight of the event — the Grand Lucky Draw, featuring a luxurious top prize of a 3D2N staycation at Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.

Toward the end of the afternoon, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan led a heartfelt farewell segment for Dr Lucy Quek, celebrating her seven years of leadership and meaningful contributions to NIEC. With representatives sharing warm messages, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan ensured the tribute was both thoughtful and memorable for all present. The event concluded with closing remarks by Ms Geraldine See, as the Emcee Singapore, Ivan reminded staff to complete the survey and collect their prizes.
