Emcee Singapore - The Kampong Chai Chee SG60 Briskwalk Event brought residents together for a meaningful morning of health, unity, and community bonding in celebration of SG60. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan warmly welcomed participants upon arrival and guided residents through the registration process, setting a friendly and inclusive tone for the event while acknowledging the support of the organising committee and community volunteers.

The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then announced the arrival of Mr Teo, Chairman of the Kampong Chai Chee Citizens’ Consultative Committee, who was officially received by Mr Shaun Tan, Vice-Chairman of Kampong Chai Chee CSN. Following this, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan invited guest speakers Mr Eddie Chung, representative from Board Games IG, and Ms Vanessa Yong, representative from Dassie Atelier, to share brief introductions, highlighting community partnerships and engagement initiatives that complemented the day’s activities.

The Emcee Singapore, Ivan introduced a welcome video before inviting ActiveSG coaches to lead participants in a warm-up session. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then explained the briskwalk format, team arrangements, and safety guidelines, ensuring that all walkers were well-informed before the flag-off. Clear instructions on walk etiquette and route safety were communicated to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Upon completion of the briskwalk, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan directed participants back to the main area for cool-down activities and food collection, while also highlighting the various fringe activities available for residents of all ages. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan invited participants to attend a special talk on Suicide Prevention Awareness delivered by Mr Shaun Tan, Vice-Chairman of Kampong Chai Chee CSN, reinforcing the event’s focus on both physical well-being and mental health awareness.

The event concluded with the Emcee Singapore, Ivan thanking residents for their enthusiastic participation and reminding them of upcoming community programmes. The Kampong Chai Chee SG60 Briskwalk Event successfully strengthened community ties and promoted an active lifestyle, leaving participants with a renewed sense of connection and shared purpose within the Kampong Chai Chee neighbourhood.
