Emcee Singapore - The OCC Staff Appreciation Night 2025 was held on 10 November 2025 at the Orchid Country Club Grand Ballroom, bringing together staff and guests from OCC, ACC, and MGK for an evening of laughter, teamwork, and celebration. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan welcomed over 280 attendees with infectious energy and invited everyone to take their seats as the evening commenced. In the presence of distinguished guests, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan introduced Mr Chong Kee Hiong, President of OCC, Mr Lim Eng Lee, Chief Executive Officer of NTUC Club, and Mr Melvyn Tan, General Manager of OCC, who each shared heartfelt speeches highlighting the organisation’s accomplishments and the dedication of its staff.

The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then guided the audience through a series of appreciation segments that recognised exemplary employees. The crowd cheered as Mdm Evon Lim from the Driving Range team and Mr Jimmy Ang from the Property and Maintenance department received special mementos and took the stage to share their reflections. To add a personal touch, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan led everyone in celebrating November birthdays, with a joyful cake-cutting and song session that filled the ballroom with warmth and camaraderie.

Dinner followed, and the Emcee Singapore, Ivan transitioned smoothly into the first team-based activity, Master Chef, where participants showcased their culinary creativity. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan moved between stations to introduce the teams and engage them in lighthearted banter as the judges evaluated the dishes. The competition brought laughter and excitement, setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

Keeping the energy high, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan kicked off the OCC Olympics — a lively sequence of mini-games such as “Best Pilot,” “Longest Breath,” and “Strongest Person.” Laughter echoed through the ballroom as participants competed with friendly enthusiasm while the Emcee Singapore, Ivan cheered them on. The fun continued with the Fashion Show Challenge, where teams dressed their captains in creative costumes and paraded on stage. The emcee’s humorous commentary kept the crowd entertained as the participants struck playful poses and danced along to upbeat music.

As the night progressed, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan announced the winners for each segment and invited senior management to present prizes, including the Master Chef awards, Fashion Show champions, and the coveted Overall Champion Team.
