The event was a heartfelt tribute to four decades of guiding generations of Singaporeans towards financial security. Throughout the evening, emcee Ivan expertly guided the flow, ensuring that the celebration was both a night of recognition for top advisors and a memorable party for all attendees.

The festivities officially commenced as emcee Ivan welcomed the distinguished guests before a stirring welcome video played, setting the stage for a speech by the firm’s Managing Director and CEO, Mr. David Choo. He reflected on the company’s journey from its founding to becoming a powerhouse in the industry. Following his address, emcee Ivan called upon the company’s Heads of Department—including Graham Choo, Daniel Choo, David Lim, Peggy Chen, Alvin Ho, and Andrew Tan—to join Mr. David Choo on stage for a symbolic 40th-anniversary cake cutting and champagne toast, officially kicking off the dinner service and a night of celebration.

A key highlight of the evening, masterfully announced by emcee Ivan, was the prestigious Legacy Award segment, presented personally by Mr. David Choo. This segment honored the bedrock of the company: long-serving advisors and staff. The first category recognized advisors who have been with PromiseLand for at least ten years and are top of their craft, including names like Jeremy Lim, Tan He Chi, and Robert Chua. Emcee Ivan then facilitated the recognition of dedicated staff members across three categories, honoring those with over 10, 15, and 20 years of service, including Peggy Chen and Nurzana Binte Azar. The segment concluded by celebrating Financial Advisor Directors with over a decade at the firm, such as Han Seng Kheng and Patrick Lim, each receiving a heartfelt letter from David and a special gold token.

The evening then pivoted to high-energy sales achievement awards, with emcee Ivan keeping the momentum alive. The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) presentations saw Ms. Ong Bi Ying, COO of Allianz Insurance Singapore, take the stage to present plaques to qualifiers. Following this, Mr. Lance Tay, Senior Advisor of China Taiping Insurance Singapore, presented the next batch of MDRT winners, including first-time achievers like Alson Koh and David Gan, who also received a 2,000 cash.

The pinnacle of the awards, as announced by emcee Ivan, was the Top of the Table (TOT) Prize Presentation, recognizing elite production levels. The finale saw emcee Ivan inviting all Financial Advisor directors on stage as Mr. David Choo prepared 40 NTUC vouchers for a grand group celebration, followed by one last lucky draw.
