FIELD CATERING & SUPPLIES (FCS), a distinguished name in Singapore’s food and beverage industry, marked a significant milestone on 17th July 2026, celebrating its 40th anniversary with a spectacular dinner at the Peppermint Restaurant, PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay. Since its formation in 1986, the company has grown from strength to strength, establishing itself as a key player in the production, marketing, and distribution of quality beverages and snacks both domestically and internationally . This momentous occasion brought together 180 guests for an evening of reflection, recognition, and revelry, with the emcee, Shirleen, skillfully guiding the programme and ensuring the celebration flowed seamlessly from start to finish.
The evening was not merely a dinner but a heartfelt tribute to four decades of dedication, innovation, and partnership. FIELD CATERING & SUPPLIES has built a reputation for its strong product mix, which offers purchasing convenience to its valued customers, covering all major supermarket chains, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and institutional clients across Singapore . A key highlight of the event was the recognition of the company’s most valuable asset—its people. The emcee announced a Long Service Award presented by the Managing Director, Mr. Chew, to 20 deserving recipients, honouring their years of commitment and contribution to the company’s success. This moment underscored the familial culture that FIELD CATERING & SUPPLIES has fostered, which has been instrumental in its growth from a local supplier to a major distributor in the FMCG manufacturing industry . The emcee energised the crowd with interactive elements, including a stage game segment that featured a lively "Human Treasure Hunt" with challenges such as "Longest Breath," "Strongest Man," and "Best Shaker," which brought plenty of laughter and camaraderie. As the emcee announced the winners of the Best Dress competition, it was clear that the creative theme—dressing as a favourite FCS product—had been a resounding success, with six finalists (three male and three female) showcasing their creativity and vying for the top prizes. The emcee’s lively commentary kept spirits high as the evening’s lucky draw winners were announced, adding to the excitement of the celebration.
The pinnacle of the evening was the 40th-anniversary cake-cutting ceremony, a solemn yet joyous moment where the emcee led the guests in singing the birthday song. This symbolic act was followed by a special presentation of gifts to the company's three bosses, a heartfelt gesture reflecting the deep respect and admiration of the entire team.
