Event - Stryker Year-End Staff Family Day 2025

Emcee - The Emcee welcomed all staff and their families to the Stryker Year-End Staff Family Day 2025, transforming the office into a festive space filled with Christmas cheer and laughter. As the children enjoyed the bouncy castle, face painting, balloon sculpting, and photobooth activities, the Emcee introduced the programme highlights and invited everyone to settle in for an afternoon of celebration. The Emcee then welcomed Dawn Lim, Regional Commercial Director (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia & Philippines), followed by Erin Broeske, Vice President and General Manager, East Asia, to deliver their opening addresses, setting a warm and appreciative tone for the gathering.

The Emcee guided families into the next portion of the day by highlighting the variety of fringe activities available across the venue, including the Kids’ Magic Workshop and the GIF photobooth. As lunch was served, the Emcee encouraged everyone to enjoy the festive buffet spread and reminded parents to keep an eye on their children at the play areas. With the atmosphere lively and relaxed, the Emcee ensured that each transition remained smooth while keeping everyone informed and engaged.

The Emcee then invited the children aged eight and above to the Customer Experience Area for the interactive Stryker 1788 product demo, featuring two mini-games: iSpy – With My Little Eyes and Forceps Frenzy. While the kids explored the world of surgery through fun and hands-on play, the Emcee engaged the adults with staff activities and encouraged them to mingle across the main office. The emcee maintained the energy of the event by ensuring both the family and staff experiences flowed seamlessly.

As the games segment began, the Emcee gathered everyone at the stage area to start the first staff activity — Dress the Santa, where two teams competed to create the best Santa outfit. This was followed by the Wefie Games, which saw teams racing around the venue to snap creative themed photos. Throughout these activities, the Emcee kept spirits high, celebrating teamwork and injecting humour into every challenge. During the intermission, the Emcee also announced the start of the Kids’ Magic Workshop and conducted the first segment of the lucky draw, which thrilled the crowd with attractive prizes.

The Emcee then introduced Guess Who Is This Cutie, a heartwarming and entertaining challenge where staff attempted to identify childhood photos of their colleagues. Laughter filled the room as the Emcee revealed surprising matches and awarded prizes to the quickest teams. The final segment of the lucky draw followed, culminating in excitement as the top prizes — including an iPad and smart watches — were claimed by lucky winners.

To close the celebration, the Emcee invited the Organising Committee onstage to acknowledge their dedication and hard work in bringing the Family Day to life. With final words of appreciation, the Emcee thanked all staff and families for their participation, support, and spirited enthusiasm. The Stryker Year-End Staff Family Day 2025 concluded with joy, community spirit, and festive warmth — a memorable afternoon that strengthened bonds across the Stryker family.
