Emcee - On April 16, 2026, the emcee Ivan warmly welcomed over 120 guests to the 1-Alliance D&D event, held at the Jubilee Garden Restaurant, Toa Payoh Safra, Singapore. The evening carried a thrilling Mafia theme, setting the stage for a night of celebration, recognition, and family-style bonding. The event was organized by 1 Alliance, a key agency within Great Eastern Financial Advisors (GEFA), dedicated to providing professional financial advisory services, including wealth management, estate planning, and life insurance solutions. Emcee Ivan guided the attendees through the night’s agenda, ensuring a smooth flow from registration to the closing address.

Emcee Ivan opened the formal segment by acknowledging the presence of distinguished VIPs, including David Lim (Managing Director, Group Agency and Financial Advisors), George Goh (Head of Agency), Jesslyn Tan (CEO, GEFA), and Glenn Yong (Head, Agency Business Development & Senior Management Team). Following the welcome, emcee Ivan introduced speeches by Paul Taim (Chairman of 1 Alliance) and David Lim, who reflected on the agency’s growth and commitment to excellence. The celebration was not only for achievements but also to honour two retiring pillars of the organisation, Mr Thomas Thian and Ms Jesslyn Tan, for their decades of dedication, with emcee Ivan leading a heartfelt tribute and presenting them a gold-plated “家” (home) figurine.

As dinner commenced, emcee Ivan kept the energy high with engaging game segments, including a lively “Scissor Paper Stone” session and photo pose challenges. Emcee Ivan also facilitated a Best Dressed Award, where the audience used gold stars to vote for the most stylish Mafia-themed outfits. Throughout these breaks, emcee Ivan reminded guests of the lucky draw prizes, which were distributed via an Ang Bao Tikam board, adding an interactive and festive element to the night.

Emcee Ivan played a central role in the awards segments, calling up leaders and top producers to receive their accolades. The first set of awards celebrated agency leaders such as Alan Chao, Ben Lye, and Karikalan, with George Goh presenting. Later, emcee Ivan invited Jesslyn Tan and Glenn Yong to honour top producers including Clarence Teo, Lucas Peng, and Mageswaran Devadas. The night culminated with emcee Ivan announcing the Top Performance awards for 2025, where Vincent Liu and Tay Chun Feng topped the Direct Group Sales category, and Mageswaran Devadas clinched 1st Position for SFP/ESP 2025. David Lim presented the final awards, including the prestigious Top Agency award to Alfred Tan, before emcee Ivan closed the event with thanks and a final address by George Goh.
