Emcee - Pullman Singapore Orchard hosted an exclusive, one-night-only culinary evening titled “Pullman x Nat Wolf 2026” for its most distinguished guests, the ALL Accor Plus Explorer members. The event was held at Eden Restaurant and celebrated the hotel’s ongoing commitment to curating immersive, high-touch experiences that go beyond traditional hospitality. Pullman Singapore Orchard is known for blending contemporary design with dynamic food and beverage concepts, offering guests a vibrant lifestyle destination that champions local and regional talent. This particular evening marked the launch of Chef Nat Thaipun’s role as Pullman’s Food and Beverage Ambassador across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, a milestone the hotel wanted to honour with an intimate and story-driven dinner. Emcee Ivan guided attendees through the evening’s flow, ensuring every segment—from welcome notes to the Q&A—felt seamless and engaging.
Throughout the night, emcee Ivan kept the energy high while also creating moments of genuine connection, introducing key VIPs including the Director of Explorer, Ms. Nancy Li, who delivered opening and closing remarks. Emcee Ivan also facilitated a warm welcome for Chef Nat Thaipun, the MasterChef Australia 2024 winner, whose six-course sharing menu reflected her Thai-Australian heritage and bold, seasonal cooking philosophy. Guests were treated to standout dishes such as heirloom tomato with chilled tom yum dressing, mud crab and egg in southern Thai curry, and satay-glazed lamb ribs, all while a curated playlist of Nat’s favourite tracks played in the background. Emcee Ivan also announced a lucky draw segment, giving away resort and hotel stays across Pullman properties, adding an element of surprise and delight to the evening.
One of the most anticipated segments of the night was the Q&A session with Chef Nat Thaipun, expertly moderated by emcee Ivan. The conversation explored how Nat’s upbringing between country Victoria and a bustling Thai kitchen still influences her cooking today, and how she balances tradition with a desire to push boundaries. The emcee posed thoughtful questions about seasonality, lesser-known Thai dishes, and the purpose behind her events—encouraging guests to discover unexpected layers of Thai food. Nat also shared insights from her time working in high-intensity kitchens around the world, what she chose to take forward, and what she decided to leave behind. Emcee Ivan then steered the dialogue into more personal territory, asking about how Nat unwinds when not cooking or travelling, and what has been inspiring her lately in Singapore. The session closed with reflections on her cookbook “Thai: Anywhere and Everywhere” and a piece of recent, honest advice for anyone forging their own creative path.
As the evening wound down, the emcee invited Director of Explorer Nancy Li back to the stage for final words of gratitude, thanking Chef Nat Thaipun, the Pullman team, and the Accor Plus Explorer members for their presence and energy. Emcee Ivan reminded guests that the night was not just about exceptional food, but about the quiet message behind it—connection, discovery, and a willingness to taste something unfamiliar. The event successfully reinforced Pullman Singapore Orchard’s role as a curator of meaningful experiences, where world-class dining, storytelling, and community come together under one roof.
