Emcee Singapore - The Woodgrove Zone 8 NRP Batch 11 Closing Ceremony on 8th December 2024 at Block 351A Multi-purpose Hall was a vibrant community event celebrating neighborhood improvements, tree planting, and cleaners' appreciation.
Residents gathered early for food and activities while awaiting Ms. Hany Soh, Adviser to Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC (Woodgrove). Upon her arrival, she was led by a lion dance to the tree planting site at Block 354. Emcee Sebastian coordinated the proceedings, including the symbolic tree planting.
After returning to the hall, Ms. Hany Soh gave a speech and unveiled the NRP plaque. The Cleaners’ Appreciation followed, with goodie bags distributed to cleaners, accompanied by applause from the community.
Residents enjoyed food stalls and activities like a magic show, balloon sculpting, and carnival games. The emcee ensured a smooth flow of events, keeping everyone engaged throughout the celebration, with exhibitions and activities running until the end.
