Emcee Singapore - The Expert Lecture Series titled “Neuroscience, Skills, and Strategy in the Age of AI: The Future of Work and Learning” was jointly organised by ReallyLesson, Coursera, and the Institute for Adult Learning (IAL). The session commenced with the Emcee Singapore, Ivan warmly welcoming participants and introducing the distinguished lineup of speakers who shared valuable insights on the evolving landscape of work and lifelong learning in the era of artificial intelligence.

The event began with a welcome address by Ms Doreen Tan, Head of Enterprise (Asia), Coursera, who highlighted the importance of equipping workforces with digital and AI-ready skills. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then introduced Professor Barbara Oakley, an internationally acclaimed educator, who delivered an enlightening presentation on the neuroscience of learning and strategies to thrive in the AI age.

Following that, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan invited Ms Chelvin Loh, Director of Skills Intelligence and Planning at SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), to deliver her keynote address on driving skills transformation in the digital era. A lively panel discussion ensued, moderated by Dr Tommie Chen, Head of Partnerships at IAL-SUSS, where Ms Loh and Prof Oakley discussed how AI-driven skill development can empower the workforce of tomorrow.

The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then guided the audience through the photo-taking and gift presentation segment, where Dr Michael Choy, CEO of ReallyLesson, made special announcements and expressed appreciation to all speakers for their contributions. The event concluded with a closing address by Associate Professor Terence Ho, Deputy Executive Director of IAL-SUSS, who underscored the role of continuous learning in preparing Singapore for the future of work. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan wrapped up the session by thanking all participants and organisers, leaving attendees inspired to embrace lifelong learning in the age of AI.
