Emcee Singapore - The Tampines East Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) Batch 11 engagement session was successfully held at the Multi-Purpose Hall beside Block 363, bringing together residents for an informative and interactive afternoon. The Emcee Singapore welcomed residents warmly and introduced the purpose of the session, which was to share details of the upcoming NRP improvements and to gather valuable feedback from the community. The presence of residents reflected strong community support for the initiative.
The Emcee Singapore introduced Dr Charlene Chen, Vice Chairman of Tampines Town Council and Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC. Dr Chen shared insights into the Neighbourhood Renewal Programme and its benefits, emphasising that the project is fully government-funded and focused on improving the living environment for residents. The Emcee Singapore ensured a smooth transition between segments and invited the architect to present an overview of the proposed upgrading plans for Tampines East Zone 8.
Following the presentation, the Emcee Singapore invited residents to view the exhibition panels and engage with the Town Council’s property officers on-site. The Emcee Singapore encouraged residents to share their feedback, ask questions, and participate in the engagement process through the survey provided. The session also featured light refreshments, allowing residents to interact in a relaxed setting while learning more about the proposed improvements including enhancements to Tampines Leisure Park and surrounding amenities.
The Emcee Singapore reminded residents of the importance of their feedback and thanked them for their active participation and support of the NRP. The Emcee Singapore also highlighted that the exhibition would remain available for further viewing and encouraged residents to continue sharing their views through the official channels. The event concluded on a positive note, reflecting strong community involvement and a shared commitment to enhancing the Tampines East neighbourhood.
