Emcee - On the 3rd and 4th of April 2026, the Admira Showroom at The Library, Vertex in Singapore hosted the "Creators of Space" event, a signature gathering organized by Renodots. The event's emcee skillfully navigated the two-day program, welcoming homeowners and design enthusiasts to a space dedicated to solving the common struggles of home renovation. Renodots, a platform that connects homeowners with trusted interior design firms, celebrated this event as a milestone in its mission to eliminate blind quoting and impersonal consultations. By bringing four of Singapore’s most design-centric ID firms under one roof, Renodots marked a commitment to making professional, tailored design advice accessible and zero-obligation, transforming how people begin their renovation journey.
Throughout the event, the emcee guided attendees through three core segments: floor interviews, a design sharing session, and a final shout-out. During the floor interviews, the emcee moved through the crowd to ask guests how they felt about the event and whether the sharing sessions and consultations with designers had proven beneficial for their home plans. This real-time feedback loop kept the atmosphere engaging and interactive, allowing the emcee to capture the genuine pulse of the audience, from excited first-time homeowners to those deep into their renovation research.
The highlight was a thirty-to-forty-minute design sharing session, where the emcee introduced the featured interior design firms with their respective positions: Tayllen from Authors in Style, Kef from D'phenomenal, Wint from Le Interior Affairs, and Shun Li from Jesigns Interior Design. The emcee opened with a relatable confession about the fear of bold choices becoming boring, then invited the designers to share how lighting and adaptable finishes can help a home grow with its owners. The emcee also addressed the "ghostly white home" dilemma, asking the VIPs—the four designers—to explain how textures prevent Muji or Wabi-sabi spaces from feeling hollow or plain. Throughout these discussions, the emcee encouraged the audience to raise their hands and voice their own dilemmas, making the session a true dialogue.
Closing the event, the emcee delivered a powerful final shout-out, reminding everyone that this was the last chance of the year to meet all four trusted interior design companies in one location. The emcee detailed the massive perks available, including a free digital lock when signing a design fee, door gifts, and the chance to walk away with prizes from a lucky draw. The emcee also emphasized that by confirming their renovation within four weeks of the event, attendees stood to win incredible prizes such as Japan tickets, Happie air purifiers, laundry racks, and more. With the emcee urging everyone to act before the event concluded on 4th April, the atmosphere was one of urgency and excitement, solidifying Renodots' role as a curator of meaningful design connections.
