Emcee - The event was expertly guided by our emcee, Sebastian, who officially commenced the festivities at 4:30 PM with a warm and energetic opening address. The emcee welcomed all residents to the event and provided a comprehensive overview of the various activities and food stations available throughout the condominium, ensuring everyone knew where to find the live food stations, balloon sculpting, face painting, and the highly anticipated magic show. The event was graced by the presence of our esteemed VIPs, including the Condominium Chairman and members of the Management Council, who joined in the celebrations.

Following the opening, the emcee seamlessly transitioned into engaging with the crowd, moving amongst the residents to foster a lively and interactive atmosphere. The emcee’s role was crucial in maintaining the event's vibrant energy, as they personally greeted guests, facilitated simple interactions, and even organized quick, fun mini-games with the children, ensuring continuous entertainment for all ages before the main performance.
