Emcee Singapore - The ICA Land Domain Night 2026 was held at the Grand Ballroom of Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, bringing together 360 officers and staff for an evening themed “Fashion Runway.” With coordinated blue attire and illuminated party elements enhancing the atmosphere, the emcee anchored a programme that celebrated unity, leadership and operational excellence within the Land Domain.

The formal proceedings commenced with an introduction by the emcee and a video montage reflecting the achievements and commitment of the Land Domain teams. Emcee Ivan then invited Mr Chua Sze How, Land Domain Commander, to deliver his address, providing strategic direction and words of appreciation to officers present. With Deputy Commanders and Commanders in attendance, the emcee ensured that the protocol and introductions were conducted with the respect befitting the organisation’s command structure.

Throughout the evening, Emcee Singapore Ivan maintained structured transitions between dinner service, live band performances and engagement segments. The lucky draw was conducted as a highlight of the programme, with the emcee sustaining anticipation while ensuring the segment was delivered with order and clarity. The presence of senior leadership on stage during key moments was managed with precision, reflecting the emcee’s understanding of formal command settings.

Interactive games such as the Human Treasure Hunt and Sing Off segment brought a lively dimension to the event, and the emcee facilitated participation while maintaining professional decorum. The Best Dressed showcase complemented the “Fashion Runway” theme, with selected finalists invited on stage and acknowledged in a celebratory yet structured manner by the emcee.

The evening culminated with Emcee Ivan inviting Mr Chua Sze How, Land Domain Commander, back on stage for the grand draw segment. A full group photograph gathered officers and leadership together in front of the stage, symbolising unity across the Land Domain, before the emcee concluded the programme with a spirited finale involving leadership participation and celebratory balloon tosses.
