Singapore Emcee - On 6th October 2023, the prestigious EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards 2023 took centre stage at the newly opened Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel, celebrating the pinnacle of achievement in Singapore's real estate industry. As guests arrived, they were warmly welcomed by the evening's host, Emcee Ivan, whose presence immediately set a tone of elegance and anticipation for the night ahead. The gala dinner event, themed "Sustainable Spaces," recognised outstanding property developers and their developments that set benchmarks of excellence in the nation's property sector.

The evening was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr Desmond Lee, Minister for National Development and Minister-in-charge of Social Services Integration, who presented the Sustainability Excellence Awards and addressed the 220 distinguished guests comprising key VIPs from the real estate industry. In his address, Minister Lee highlighted the urgent need for sustainable development and celebrated the collective effort to bring Singapore's real estate industry to greater heights. With professionalism and poise, Singapore Emcee Ivan introduced the Minister and ensured a seamless transition, allowing the audience to receive his important message with full attention.

Throughout the night, the Emcee kept the program flowing smoothly as award after award was presented. A total of three developers were honoured with the coveted Top Developer accolade—City Developments Limited, GuocoLand, and UOL Group Limited, with UOL marking its fourth win since 2019. UOL emerged as a major winner, clinching 12 awards across its residential projects and hotels. Pan Pacific Orchard, the stunning biophilic hotel venue itself, claimed the inaugural Hotel Development Excellence award, a testament to its groundbreaking sustainable design. As each winner made their way to the stage, Emcee Ivan announced their names with enthusiasm, giving every achievement the spotlight it deserved.

Other notable winners included The Continuum, which swept four awards, and Selangor Dredging, which took home six awards. The People's Choice Awards went to MEYER HOUSE and PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay.
