Event Emcee Singapore- The Emcee welcomed guests and environmental supporters to Tide of Change, opening the festival with a warm introduction at the Sustainable Singapore Gallery. The Emcee reminded everyone that the event is free to attend and encouraged early arrival to explore all the activities planned for the day. From that moment, the mood was hopeful — a celebration of coastal care, community spirit, and collective responsibility to nurture Singapore’s waterways and shores.
As the festival got underway, the emcee guided participants through a variety of interactive and eco-themed booths, workshops, and creative arts stations. The Emcee highlighted how each activity — whether painting, craft-making, or sustainability pledges — was designed not just for fun, but to deepen public understanding of marine conservation and environmental stewardship. Families, youths, and individuals moved through the event with curiosity and engagement, spurred on by the emcee’s energetic commentary and encouragement.
Midway through the day, the Emcee called attention to a “pledge wall” where attendees could commit to simple, everyday actions to protect Singapore’s coastlines and marine ecosystems. The Emcee emphasised that every small effort counts, reinforcing the festival’s core message that collective responsibility can drive meaningful change. The atmosphere was filled with reflection and optimism as people added their pledges — a tangible sign of community care and commitment.
As the festival drew to a close, the Emcee thanked all participants, volunteers, and partners who contributed to making Tide of Change a success. The Emcee emphasised that while the event ends for the day, its spirit must carry on — encouraging guests to carry forward their pledges, share what they've learned, and contribute to ongoing coastal-care efforts. The closing remarks left many with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment to protecting Singapore’s shores and waters.
