The day kicked off with the vibrant Emcee Singapore took to the stage at the Community Auditorium to welcome hundreds of residents ready to end their year on a high note.
The auditorium was a whirlwind of movement as participants dived into an hour of Mat Sculpt to tone and strengthen their body. The next fitness workout was Zumba Step which turned the floor to a sea of rhythmic energy. Emcee Singapore invited the instructors on stage to begin with a warm up. They engaged the participants with interactive shout-outs that turned a standard workout into a memorable performance.
Emcee Singapore next introduced the 1 hour of Step HIIT, a high-intensity cardio blast which participants use weights of at least 500g. The instructor ensured that participants were in the right form and gave alternatives of lower intensity.
