Emcee Singapore - The Swiss Re Dinner and Dance 2025, themed "Palm Royale", brought together 250 participants for an evening of celebration and recognition on 28th November 2025 at the Tanjong Beach Club. Guests received identification bracelets upon arrival and enjoyed a photobooth and beach games before the formal programme began. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan officially kicked off the night at 6:45pm, introducing a video montage of the year’s events and the welcome addresses from two bosses. The opening speeches were delivered by Robert Hunziker and Victor Kuk.

The focus then shifted to recognising employee achievement through the presentation of several major awards. The "Olympic Award" for the winning group, Team 4 , was presented by Victor Kuk. Following this, the "Risk Award" was presented by Clement Tubery to recipient Shari Or from Life & Health Claims. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan skillfully transitioned the mood by announcing an ongoing fundraiser by The Swiss Re Foundation, encouraging staff to scan a QR code to be part of the meaningful contribution. Dinner commenced at 7:00 PM with a buffet, beginning with the ladies.

Following dinner, the entertainment segments began, featuring two performances by the leadership and Singapore Management teams. Interspersed between the performances were lively games, including a Human Treasure Hunt and a Sing Off. The highly anticipated lucky draw was conducted across multiple segments, with prizes presented by leaders including Pascal Soller and Robert Hunziker. The Emcee Singapore, Ivan then presided over the "Best Dress" segment, where Sanjiv Agarwal presented awards to three winning teams and individual male and female winners and consolation recipients.

The memorable evening concluded with a Finale Game, Toss Money Bag, followed by a committee-led three cheers alongside the bosses. The grand draw for the top three prizes was conducted by Victor Kuk, marking the climax of the event. Throughout the games, the Emcee Singapore, Ivan maintained high energy and excitement, culminating in a final group photo before buses departed for Harbour Front MRT.
