Emcee Singapore - Phoenix Rise Holdings celebrated its Dinner & Dance 2026 on 26th February 2026 at Novotel Singapore on Kitchener, Sapphire Room on a vibrant evening. The Emcee Singapore Ivan welcomed staff as they arrived in their elegant traditional outfits, setting a festive tone in celebration of the Lunar New Year. The highlight of the opening segment was the welcome address by Mr Gavin Teo, Managing Director of Phoenix Rise Holdings, who expressed his appreciation to the team for their dedication and contributions throughout the year, while the Emcee Singapore Ivan ensured a smooth transition into the evening’s programme.

As dinner commenced, the Emcee Singapore Ivan led the traditional Loh Hei ceremony, inviting everyone to toss for prosperity and success in the year ahead. The atmosphere grew even more celebratory as the Emcee Singapore Ivan introduced the award presentation segment, where Mr Gavin Teo, Managing Director, presented accolades to outstanding performers across the various brands. Awards such as Glamour+ Top Sales, Glow Haven Top Sales, Salon V Top Sales, Service Excellence Award, Best Groomed Staff Award and Best Performing Manager were presented, recognizing excellence and commitment within the organisation, while the emcee maintained high energy and engagement throughout the ceremony.

The evening continued with interactive games and lively participation, with the Emcee Singapore Ivan encouraging friendly competition and camaraderie among colleagues. The Best Dress segment showcased the creativity and effort of staff who embraced the Chinese costume theme, and the Emcee Singapore Ivan kept the excitement building as votes were cast to determine the winner. The much-anticipated lucky draw added further anticipation to the programme, with participants eagerly awaiting their chance to win attractive prizes.

As the Dinner & Dance drew to a close, the Emcee Singapore Ivan thanked everyone for their enthusiastic participation and extended appreciation once again to Mr Gavin Teo, Managing Director, for his leadership and support.
