Emcee - On the evening of 25 April 2026, RMS Marine Singapore hosted a spectacular Dinner & Dance at the stunning Rooftop Bar of Travelodge, situated opposite VivoCity. Themed as a glamorous "Casino Royale" night, the event brought together 120 team members for a well-deserved evening of celebration and camaraderie. The night was expertly steered by emcee Ivan, who welcomed the employees of RMS Marine & Offshore Service Pte. Ltd., a company established in Singapore since 2015 and recognized as a world-leading one-stop marine service provider boasting a global footprint of 17 offices worldwide. RMS Marine specializes in provisions supply, spare parts & equipment, logistics transit, general shipping agency, offshore and cruise services, and technical reliability solutions.

This vibrant celebration was organized to mark a proud chapter for RMS Marine, rewarding its dedicated workforce for their relentless contributions to the company's growth as a key hub in the south Asia Pacific. With emcee Ivan setting a lively tone at the mic, the proceedings commenced with a heartwarming welcome address from the Managing Director, Mr. Zhi Yuan, who reflected on the company's decade of excellence since incorporation and highlighted key industry accolades, such as achieving various ISO certifications including ISO 22000 for Food Safety Management. The festive atmosphere quickly escalated as emcee Ivan introduced the Long Service Award segment, allowing Mr. Zhi Yuan to personally honour numerous staff members for their 3, 5, 8, and up to 10 years of loyal service to the organization.

As the evening progressed, emcee Ivan kept the energy high by seamlessly integrating a buffet dinner with the interactive "Casino Royale" game system. To ensure everyone joined the fun, emcee Ivan allocated over 250 chips for audience engagement, facilitating structured casino games like Blackjack and Dice, alongside impromptu friendly challenges among colleagues. Following the games, the attention of the crowd was turned back to the stage for the main prize presentation. Emcee Ivan called upon the designated Heads of Departments and Mr. Zhi Yuan to conduct the lucky draw and present the Best Dressed awards, crowning the Top 3 Males, Top 3 Females, and Top 3 Teams who dressed most spectacularly for the night.

The festivities continued into the late evening with high-energy karaoke sing-alongs and drinking games under the guidance of emcee Ivan. The grand finale saw emcee Ivan building up the suspense for the ultimate "Casino Chip Prize Presentation" battle, culminating in the announcement of the $888 Grand Draw winner presented by Mr. Zhi Yuan. The Managing Director delivered his closing speech just before 10:30 PM, bringing the official programme to a close. Thanks to the emcee’s continuous on-stage energy, the 2026 Dinner & Dance successfully fostered a spirit of team bonding and appreciation that perfectly celebrated RMS Marine’s vibrant workplace culture.
